I went into Café Lu on September 21, 2022. The air was smokey and It was a little crowded, about ¾ full. The ladies were mostly good looking and appeared to be of Vietnamese descent. Some of the Vietnamese coffee shops have ladies of various ethnic backgrounds. The patrons and workers were on their phones, playing video games or chatting.
